REQUEST MS. AMERICA

Fill out the REQUEST MS. AMERICA e-form below. Please request titleholder at least two weeks in advance if possible. For last minute appearances we will check our schedules and accommodate you as much as we can. This e-form is sent to the Ms. America Pageant approval. You may receive a phone call to discuss the appearance in detail. Confirmation is sent to you via email or phone call. All use of the Ms. America or Ms. America International trademark name needs to be pre-approved by the Ms. America Pageant. This includes flyers, press releases, ads, etc… Anywhere the Ms. America or Ms. America International trademark name, logo or photo that will be used in conjunction with any event or association. Pageant President will receive complementary invitiation to attend ALL events with titleholder. If bringing a titleholder to a location round trip air travel, ground transportation, hotel and food arrangements for 2 must be provided for the titleholder during her entire stay. (All incidentials will be at the expense of the titleholder.) If titleholder is not traveling with a companion, you must appoint one person to be her official guide during her stay. In general, the only "gratis" appearances are those done for charity or community moral. Paid appearances and details will be outlined in a separate contracts. For "gratis" appearances payment for parking fees, tips and gas should be offered to titleholder. Any questions regarding titleholder appearances will be directed to the Ms. America Pageant. Appearance approval is at the complete discretion of the pageant. Ms. America Pageant reserves the right to cancel the titleholders appearance if the terms of this agreement are not honored.
