Susan Jeske has been involved in pageantry for over 29 years as a competitor, judge, and pageant director. Susan has held many pageant titles national and internationally and in 1997 at the Luxor Hotel in In her career as an independent image, beauty and etiquette consultant, Susan has advised corporate executives, political and community leaders. She has written for newspapers and magazines as a columnist, and appeared on radio and television. Dr. Heidi Ritz has been active in pageantry for 28 years. After competing in a local scholarship pageant, she paid for college through those pageant scholarships. She has competed in over 50 pageants winning titles in the Miss America, American Coed, Mrs. International and Mrs. United States Pageants, making the semi-finals at Mrs. International. In 2009, she placed 4th Runner-up at the Ms. America Pageant. She has judged pageants all over the country as well as serving as emcee, choreographer, director, and coach. Community service has always been a passion for Heidi and in addition to winning numerous Volunteer of the Year awards, she has just been awarded the Governor & First Lady Volunteer award for the state of Professionally, Heidi holds four degrees. She has worked as a didactic and clinical anesthesia instructor, specializing in neuro physiology and neuro anesthesia. As a national speaker, she has also taught courses in holistic medicines and their effects on anesthesia. Heidi currently lives in Los Angeles and works providing anesthesia at a cosmetic surgery center, while also enjoying helping her husband with his production company on the side. She has a PhD in Theology and also serves as an ordained minister. She enjoys traveling, knitting and cooking for friends and family, often cooking with produce grown in her own organic garden. Heidi is currently working on her first screenplay and looks forward to helping her husband produce many more movies.

Mr. Michael Osborn has been involved in the pageant world for over forty years and has a stellar reputation. He has served as the Judge’s Chairman in over 100 pageants and was the first to create the tabulation computer program that is not only used at the Ms. America® Pageant but in many other pageant systems. He has served as staff photographer for the Miss California World, Miss California USA and Miss California Teen USA Pageants. He has directed pageants for the Professionally, he is a retired aerospace engineer and spent most of his career as a structural designer and test engineer on the Apollo and Space Shuttle programs. He currently stays busy as a volunteer with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. |

Additionally, she hosted "Prime Story", a talk show that aired on the Adelphia Channel from 2001 to 2006, interviewing various "movers and shakers" within Orange County. She also reported for CNN Headline News Local Edition for Adelphia and co-hosted a monthly magazine style show "Inside This Edition", a partnership with Orange Coast Magazine. Kelly also created and produced shows on the Adelphia Channel including "Que Pasa Con Jose Vargas" dealing with local Hispanic issues, "Eye on Philanthropy" which focused on non-profits in the community and three Live "Election Specials" covering election results in Orange County. When Time Warner Cable acquired Adelphia in 2006, Kelly's role as Public Relations Specialist expanded to include all of Orange County and the Inland Empire. Her duties included coordinating event sponsorships, serving on various boards and working with local community and educational leaders. She has promoted Time Warner Cables corporate giving philosophy by implementing programs such as their STEM initiative "Connect a Million Minds", a $100 million/five year commitment to bring Science, Technology, Engineering and Math related curriculum to after school programs for middle school students. Kelly also is the Society Editor for five weekly newspapers; Newport Beach News, Coto de Caza News, Mission Viejo News, Ladera Ranch News and San Clemente News. Her column covers non-profit galas, events and lifestyles of the society scene. She is a recipient of the 2001 Business Woman of Distinction Award from the American Business Woman's Association and is a member of the Orange County Public Affairs Association. |

Lee Sheldon has over 20 year experience in marketing, personal promotion and fundraising. He is the CEO of UltimateRep International which is a representation company for individuals of talent in the fields of Law, Entertainment, NCAA Coaching, Medicine and Professional Athletics. His specialties include: Promotion, Marketing, Contract Negotiation, Endorsements, and Sponsorships. Lee offers a specialty in helping those selling sponsorship prepare their case and improve their targeting which in turn also helps sponsors, who receive better quality sponsorship proposals, containing relevant information and creative sponsorship ideas, and showing that real thought has been given to their needs. He is a Graduate of UC Riverside and received dual degrees in Sociology and Math. Graduate work was completed at UCLA in education and marketing.
